Rates:
$1100 per month
$1000 for 3 weeks
$800 for 2 weeks
$500 per week
$89 per night, 3 night minimum

Holiday rates may vary.
There will be a $10 per night surcharge for each additional person above 2 on each side.

Deposit: 50% paid in advance by check, money order, or traveler's checks. Made out to Deb Criss .
Remainder: In cash paid upon arrival (remainder plus cleaning deposit).
Check-in/Out: In at 3:00pm check out is 11:00am.
Cancellations: If you have to cancel 30 days or more in advance, you get all of your deposit back. If it is less than 30 days and more than 14 days in advance you get half of it back. Any less notice than 14 days, and we keep your advance payment.
